The best chance you have to involve a usually quiet partner in the bedroom is, to ask engaging questions. But it is extremely important you start slow.
Ask them simple yes or no questions in the beginning …things like:
“Does that feel good?”
“Do you like it when I do that”
Then start evolving your questions so they could give you answers where they have to actually think:
“Where do you want me to …”"
“What is your favorite …”
Over time they will begin to feel comfortable with you, and once that happens, so will their confidence.
